Q1.What is your Shipping and Handling Policy?
A1. Shipping costs are based on the cost of your order and the destination zone; they represent a small percentage of the cost.

A2. Items are processed within 48 hrs of receiving your order; and shipped to arrive in 7 to10 days after the shipment date.
Q3. How is Sales Tax charged?
A3. The rate is determined by the location that merchandise is being shipped to, per State regulations. Sales tax is charged on shipping/handling.

A4. Once an order is shipped, and the tracking number is received, it will be emailed to you.
Q5. How do I exchange an item?
A5. You may order an exchange item by mail, email, website or phone. We will issue a refund or credit for the returned merchandise as soon as it has been returned and processed.

A6. We currently accept Mastercard, Visa and PayPal. With PayPal, you can pay by check, debit card or credit card. You may also mail a check or money order, payable to "Tela's Treasures" at the address located on the Contact Us page.

A7. Register your Gift Card by visiting the website address printed on the back of your card.Click "Redeem my Gift Card". Click on "New Shopper Registration", and follow the onscreen instructions.
Q8.What does additional Shipping & Handling Charges may apply mean??
A7. This is normally found on bulky or heavy items which cost more to ship.
