Our mission is to establish a successful online store that gives customers multiple gift ideas and to promote/sell our products.
We are accomplishing this by using gift cards, discounts, special promotions, word of mouth, search engines,catalog distribution and passing out business cards to increase sales. We provide excellent customer service; update and promote our website; strengthen our knowledge and commitment,adding new products, newsletters and constantly working to improve in all areas.

In doing this we hope to build a solid foundation for our online business that our children and grandchildren can some day run as a part-time or full-time business.

Our goals are to: a)achieve an increasing customer base with repeat customers; b)constantly improve and update; c)provide us with a supplemental income for retirement.

Who we are
 

Tela's Treasures is a family owned and operated business. It is the culmination of a five year dream to own and operate our own business.

2006 the year the dream became a reality -- you have to start somewhere. We gathered up all the research and information that we had compiled over the years and figured out what we needed to do first - decide on a name for the business.

The name "Tela" is a nickname for our grandson, who we most certainly consider a treasure, (someone or something to be valued). Therefore our name was decided (TELAS'S TREASURES).

We have been in business almost a year, and in that time we have put much effort and hard work into establishing this business. We are proud of the products that we sell and are doing everything that we can to ensure that we will be around for quite a while.

What we do
 

Our focus is catalog distribution, postcards and flyers,sales promotions, search engines and the online store. Shopping on the Internet is a growing entity, and while most people like to browse through catalogs, they prefer making their purchases on the Internet. Internet security has improved greatly over the years.

We are targeting people who like to shop on the Internet, explore new sites and are looking foreverything from gifts,collectibles,and home decor to gardening and tool items;specialty items and,figurines.

We want to make their shopping experience a Great One! Our full product catalog,(World of Products), offers over 3,000 products. We cater to all, but the target age is 18+; everyone shops on the Internet today.
